AW3D 제품은 Standard 와 Enhanced 제품으로 구성이 돼 있으며 Standard 제품은 ALOS PRISM 데이터를 사용하여 생성하였고 Enhanced 제품은 미국의 Maxar 위성영상을 사용하여 제작한 고해상도 3D 데이터로 DSM/DTM 의 고도데이터와 고해상도 정사영상으로 구성이 되어 있다.
